I got some stretch marks from working out and I need a good home remedy or some cheap solution away from surgery to just remove them or make them less noticable because, they are pink/red on my upper arms right now.

Working out = gaining muscle = gaining weight = yes you can get stretch marks from an increase in muscle size. I just want a simple solution that would just make them a little less noticable because, I know they are 'impossible' to remove without surgery unless I've proved that myself with a porduct.

I'm sorry to say that stretch marks can not be removed with lotions, potions or any kind of notions. Really, if they are red they will eventually whiten over time and become more thin, that is if you stay out of sun, this will make them stay red permanent. Skin stretches for one reason, an increase in size therefore when the weight is lost (sudden and quickly) the skin is damaged in a sense.
Yes, you are right, I have heard that body builders do and can acquire stretch marks........google it to find answer, good question. Yet still I do not believe lotions will work, you are stuck with them (companies make these claims and make millions off desperate people), but most don't find them a problem or are turned off by them.

many ppl get stretch marks including those who lift weights just make sure to avoid steroids and other drugs/ supplements which some trainers or guys give to "help", it will only make you worse. i assume you don't take any of these things.
some prescription medications like retin a may help with stretch marks and it costs less than most over the counter drugs which mainly hydrate the skin
go to a good dermatologist while it's still red as the medication will be more effective just don't expect it to disappear
it will eventually become less obvious and become white with time
good luck working out

Toni's right, you can't get rid of stretch marks, though the product manufacturers will try to give you false hope. Some of them may help prevent them while the size changes are happening, but I never tried that so I don't know if those claims are true either.

You cannot get stretch marks from working out but from gaining a lot of weight really quickly. (That is why pregnant women get them on their stomach) You can get rid of them with any good scar cream or vitamin E. lotion. It may take awhile for them to go away but they will never completely go away! They will just fade to the color white.
