Be good to yourself and let her go. It is hard, but it is the best thing you can do for now. If she one day breaks up with the guy and you are not with someone else, then you might have a chance. For now... just let her go.

Okay, I'm going to give advice that's a little different. I was recently in a similar situation. My fiancee left me and he moved on easier and faster than me. He was even flirting with and interested in a co-worker for a hot minute. I was in a lot of pain and decided that I had to let go and trust in God. I prayed and asked for what I wanted, and my ex did have a change of heart. I am doing EVERYTHING differently this time so he knows how much I respect him and love him.
Now, the other side of that coin is this- think about WHY you want her back. Is it because you truly love her or just because you don't want to be alone? Do you truly think that the relationship would be healthy and right? If so, don't give up hope right now BUT do NOT pressure her, tell her you love her, annoy her, stalk her, and most of all, do not EXCPECT that she'll come back to you. Pray for comfort. If you're not religious, meditate and try to find inner peace. If it's indeed over (and time will tell in a quick way), the easiest way to accept it is to think of all her bad points, don't romanticize the old relationship, and move on. At first it will hurt, but "fake it till you make it." If you feel in your heart that there's no hope for you and she, please let her go...no begging or crying or annoying the girl.
Best of luck to you!!

All these people are telling it as it is; listen to 'em. You don't need her to return to you to do the same thing further on down the road. Besides, you don't know what kinds of STD's new bf's giving your ex-ol' lady. You'll find another. I have gfs break up with me all the time and I always say good riddance man. Go out and have some fun; enjoy being single awhile. You need to love yourself enough to be able to live with yourself without depending upon another to bring happiness into your life. Have some pride, man; don't let her see you begging like a whipped pup.

I'm shaking my head at you because you are making me laugh. When a girl breaks up with you there ain't nothing you can do or say that will change it, unless you get lots of money. Everyman goes through the same s h i t, you just got to let it go and stop being pathetic. Ho's don't make us who we are they supposed to compliment us. Move on or i'm going to come over there and slap some sense into u. The best way to get over some s lut is get a new one.

Sorry man, She's already deep into the rebound/'moving on' stage.
There are SO MANY women out there, quite a few who are just liek her, some worse, and some BETTER than her.
Take alittle time, check into onlien dating- maybe create a profile and see all the responses you get.
In a short while, just get out there and get yourself back in the game.

try out some sweeter shades or hues as flowers do to look vibrant and get noticed by butterflies. once waylaid , people soon become weary of the ongoing game . shallow relationship ends fast by delective deeper experieences of past , if it were to reveal its embedded picture of a rosier , brighter or stabler tomorrow.

respect her by leaving her alone. you'll only make things worse by trying to break up her relationship. let it be her decision to get back together with you
