For the past few weeks, most nights I start experiencing this wierd feeling in my ears...like pressure or something. This makes me feel extremely nausiated which makes it harder for me to get to sleep. Eating seems to help the nausea but sometimes i just can't eat as it the sensation's too strong! I never actually throw up but the nausea is bad enough...

Does anyone have any idea what this could be and/ or how to help it stop?!

P.S I am definetly not pregnant...still a virgin...thats's how i know

Could be an inner ear infection. You should make an appointment to see an Ear Nose Throat Physician.

well, first you should see a doctor if it is still continuing. i get nausiated a lot in general because i have stomach issues. You should look up "biofeedback breathing technique" or just 'biofeedback' on the internet. Its a breathing technique and it claims all this crazy body spirit mind stuff..but its basically just a breathing technique where you block everything from your mind and just concentrate on breathing. it sounds weird but it works, and its kind of hard. if your inner ear actually hurts with pain or the pressure is intense see a doctor for sure. good luck!

I suggest that you better visit the doctor for a checkup. We can't really advice you based on your description.
