okay my sister is 17 and im 15 she's really immature for her age with no friends. we've changed schools 4 times mainly all because my sister can't find a friend and keep one and gets made fun of everywhere she goes.
the thing is, shes really immature and doesn't take care of herself and hardly ever showers and doesnt do anything. but yet, she thinks shes amazing. and shes really stuck up and is mean to everyone.
she has thrown me into glass cuboards, broken hott lights over my head, hit me with metal chairs, pushed me down steps...and the list goes on. and this was when she was like 14 or 15.
now, im not gonna lie, i do get annoying and i have a very sarcastic and smart *** personality. so when she annoys me i say something witty that can make her mad.
but since she doesnt do anything in the house i...
do her laundry, iron her clothes, make her bed, cook her food, do her chores...etc.
but when people make fun of her, i just laugh along and make fun of her to. is that bad?

No your not a bad sister was the same way with my older sister she was cruel and hurtfull to me to when she was sure no one could see it and for the longest time no one belived me cause she was an angel infront of them. Well finally the truth came out and I went to live with another family member even her doctor that my mom got her to when she learned the truth thought it was best. Till this day I still dont get along with my sister and its hard to belive that we were raised by the same mom and turned out so very very different. Now moving may not be an option for you but maybe try to go to a different school than her. That way you have that time each day away from her so you can be who you are.

Instead of joining in on laughing and making fun of your sister, why don't you try to do something to help her break out of this rut she's in. It sounds like she may have a problem with depression and who could blame her if people are always making fun of her. No showering, no taking care of chores or herself and no friends...classic signs of depression. The "stuck up" attitude you say she has is probably a defense mechanism to handle people being rude to her. She holds her head up and keeps walking...that's exactly what she should do. Why not get a couple of friends together and have a makeover night or something where you can help her fix herself up a bit. Maybe if you showed her some compassion, interest and sisterly love, she'd be able to be more "normal". Give it a try...she's worth it...she's your sister.

I don't necessarily think that you are a bad sister. I do believe that those same people will soon, if not already, be making fun of you as well. You to are sisters and occupy the same space. Maybe you should try to somehow talk to and get along with your sister because, eventually, I think those same so called friends that you laugh with will soon look at you in the same manner. Then the only person you will have will be your sister.

Yep, that's bad...no matter what differences you and your sister have, family should always be the one thing you should be able to count on and obviously you are no good for that. I understand she's horrible to you and you don't get along too well, but no matter how bad you two fight, you should always be there to have her back when other try to tear her down instead of being a jerk and laughing with people who make fun of her.
Sounds to me like your sister isn't the only one who is immature.

hmmm..there def are a few issues within your family. Is your parents moving all the time just because of your sister? That says alot. Is something going on in your home..or just your sister? She defiantly seems to have some behavioural issues. Has there been any counselling within your family..has your sister ever been to councillor to see about her anger?..What are your parents doing for this? If there solution is moving all the time..that doesn't do a thing. To be honest, there seems to be alto going on that isn't included in here. You might want to go talk to a school councillor and explain what is happening within your home..or call family services. Something is not quite right here.
Good luck to you..and to your family.

You're not bad, you're a teenager doing what teenagers do. It sounds like your behavior sometimes makes you feel bad. Maybe if you talked to your sister you and she could find some common ground. It sounds like you want to make things better and that's the first step. Your mom could maybe get involved as far as the chores and the hygiene are concerned. We all have some type of dysfunction in our family so don't feel bad, but don't add to the problem.

Nope. Know how you feel. Can you help it if the situation is funny? Are you obliged to take your sister's side and not laugh, just because she's your sister??
It is rude sometimes, but that doesn't make you a bad sister. To me, it seems like SHE's the bad one.

Not bad, just a follower. Ask yourself, do you like making fun of your sister? Maybe that's why she does all those awful things to you.l grow up, grow a backbone and stand up for your sister! In the long run she may be all you've got!

it sounds like your sister is depressed if she is not looking after herself properly. Try talking to her. You're not a bad sister just a bit fed up because she has pushed you away.
What do your parents say? do they just let you fight like this?
