I lived in florida my whole life. I am 21 and I moved out to california two days ago. I am on my own I have my own place in north hollywood but I dont know where the hot spots to meet people and socialize.

OMFG....i just moved away from that area, but im only in high school so i cant really help that much
Actually, try going to 3rd street in Santa monica.
Or Venice Beach
or Westwood near UCLA
there are a lot of cool street performers on 3rd street everday
all i have to say is you have a lot of good manored, beautiful women to choose from. that place is great and it wont take too long before you find someone great

I lived in So Cal for 28 years. It is VERY pockety. You need to first find out what sort of crowd you would like to hang out with and then venture to those areas. For Example the best beach scene is Manhatten / Hermosa area. The trendy place is of course Melrose. Freaks Vine street clubs. Normal hang out spot?? Good luck its hollyweird!!

i dunno anything about southern california (im a nor-cal girl, been so all my life), but the "strip" in beverly hills is supposed to be pretty hot...i drove through it once w/ my friend who used to live there, and she had some exciting stories about it. packed with people! lots of rather elite places to dine and party, etc.

i've lived in cali my whole life, its the best!!!!!!what you need to do is find someone, maybe in your apt. building, thats like the same age as you, and have them show you around, dont be shy, everyone in cali loves to meet new people and party!!!!
