When we offer our salah (prayer) we are suppose to completely immerse in it, that is concentrate only on the prayer and not think about here and there. This can be tough and takes effort but it is a very great feeling. Salah is Arabic word for prayer, but there is more to Salah then just praying. We also praise God, and ask for guidance to be on the right path.

Wadu-- or absolution. Before each prayer we are to rinse out our mouth, nose, face, ears, top of head, both arms and our feet. We pray before God in purity, both mind and body.

1) u have to wear full sleeves ( or at leest cover ur shoulders) 4 women
2) somestrict muslims have to cover their faces from men...and u have to cover ur legs higher than ur knees (women)
