basically ge somee mouse rub it in your hair an scrunch it when you get out of bet put more mousse in and scrunch it again cue amazing bed hair.

Cloth hairnets are great. Just slip them over your hairstyle (or curlers) and you can sleep in it and not mess up your style. Good luck! :)
