Ok, im sorry for the first person who answered, but screw the food pyramid. That is only the bare minimum requirement you need during a day? And who in there right mind would eat that much grains? Comon now. The best way to diet, is to eat more often during the day, but smaller portions, also eating a wide varitey of foods(not crap food though). Doing this is proven to help lose weight by increasing your bodies natural metabolism. Go on a site and advertise yourself as a BBW (Big Beautiful Woman). I'm telling you there IS a market out there for such women! I am married, but a couple of friends are BBW's and are never alone on a weekend-night!! Have confidence in who you are...self esteem is absolutely, drop-dead sexy!!

yaar exersises alone wont help...u also need 2 inculcate healthy eating habits,drink a lot of water dailyby doing this u wont feel like eating lots,always eat less than your apetite, say no to non-veg,chocolates,soft drinks and all junk food....eat a lot of salad and green veg daily n dont forget to drink juices......eat healthy...stay happy n see the results in 2 months....i bet
