Why don't you use the winter off season to begin a good exercise progam? You will have greater success with a diet if you have more muscle. muscle burns fat and you will metabolize your food better. Don't try to lose too fast. Give your self small ,attainable goals.Even overweight bodies look better when they are well toned. Give it a try. Good luck!

you beeing fat should not get in the way of swimming i would recommend going to the gym and see a nutrience that works there so they can give you recommendations on what to eat plus the working out i went to lucille roberts over the summer and in a week i lost about 6 lbs in a week

well this isnt a website for research exactly but its really nifty and it lets you enter in everything youve eaten for the day, and you enter your wieght loss goal and it calculates what you've eaten too much of, what you need more of, and helps take the guess work and overwhelming-ness out of dieting. Give it a try. www.nutridiary.com.
