Why is the sky blue and why did the chicken cross the street?

The chicken crossed the street and got run over, this made the sky very 'blue'..(sad..like my answer) But its 2 points.

But here in Japan sky is green, is it because of my glasses? sky is blue because sky like blue color.
Chicken, are you talking about real chickens or girls chicken? if it is about a real chickens then I will say they want to remind us about traffic rules, such as how to cross road. Or the chickens you have seen might belong to the family of a traffic police.
