God made the entire universe, time, space, and matter. So these did not exist before. Therefore God exists in a place that does not exist in our universe. It's probably another dimension that we know nothing about.
However, since God is omnipresent, he exists everywhere at all times. That means that he is everywhere in our universe also.
When we, as believers die, we go to the place where God's throne is (His original dimension) as spirits. Our bodies remain on earth.
When Christ returns we will all (believers and non-believers alike) be reunited with our bodies and, after judgment, be sent to either hell or the New Earth (plus a new universe), which will be free from the destructive influence of sin, that God is going to create for believers to live on for eternity.

I have no idea where you came up with the notion of three heavens. As far as evidence goes, there is not any for one heaven, let alone three, nor hell either. Time to set aside the mythology and study physics, to find out how the world really works.

...hey, that's what the mormons believe. They believe god lives in the celestial heaven and visits the others and there is a seperate hell besides those.

There is a hell, yes.

We are on earth, just for a short time preparing for our time in Heaven. This time on earth isn't our lasting home, were just visiting.
