I know this guy, and he is definately "mr. tough guy." His soccer coach says he has a lot of aggression, and its definately true. He`s gotten into fights with other guys all the time; a lot of the time for really stupid stuff like looking at him the wrong way. No one can stare him down, he`ll get into a fight over that. But, he nearly knocked my friend out of her chair when he walked into her. I looked at him like he was an idiot, a look that would usually set him off, but he just glared at me, I think he expected me to look away, but I didn`t and he ended up turning away. He looks at me a lot and during the pep rally (i`m very hyper) me and my friends were the only ones really cheering for anyone. When his name was called to go get an award for soccer, I cheered really loud, but my friends didn`t (I was kinda embarrased). While he was standing up there, he was staring at me and I smiled at him. He looked down at his feet! This is NOT the type of guy who does that! Whats going on?!?

well sounds to me like he thinks he is mr bad butt!! But he is finding out that he is not as bad as he thinks he is becuase a little girl is making his heart beat faster and faster every time he looks at you HE LIKES YOU GIRL but if he is that mean then you might just want to stay clear of him because he doent sound like he is a very nice guy and you shouldnt be with someone that is not going to treat you like a lady hope i have help

I don't know your age, but I guess you are in high school. This young man is a time bomb. YOU said: he is a "Mr. tough guy", has a lot of agression, gets into fights for no apparent reason, almost knocked your friend out of her chair when walking. He glares at you, then looks away. He watches you a lot. He turns away from you when you "are on his side".
You, nor your caring, loving, good intentions can make him different or happier or better. You, my dear, need to get away from immediately. He WILL hurt you: emotionally or physically.

He is showing all the signs that he is intimidated of you.
Im not sure if it is because he likes your or because you dont seem to be scared of him, and its not like he is going to beat you up is he? So he doesnt know how to react.
Even if he does like you, I wouldnt persue him, he sounds like a brute and as nice as he might be to you, he will never change and will always cause trouble for you and people around you.
I can predict you not being able to talk to any other guys or go out with your friends as he will be jealous, so id stop cheering for this guy, he is bad news!

What's going on is he's got anger issues, & violent tendancies. Right now, he's knuckling down hard to control his anger around you because he knows the consequenses if he becomes "Mr Tough Guy" around you.
I wouldn't recommend starting a relationship with a guy like that. Once he lets his guard down with you, then it can become dangerous.

you are not gonna like this answer...
you sound like you enjoy the power of being able to "Tame" the tough guy. He is likely filled with anger that needs extreme counselling.
If you "tame" him and decide to date him, he will turn on you too. He likes the idea of being challenged right now and is intrigued by this girl who will stand up to him. It will not take long before he resents that and you feel the full brunt of his anger.
Run, don't walk away from this fella. Fill your personal needs for power somewhere else, not messing with someone elses life, not to mention your own.

It sounds to me that he may have misinterpret ted your looks as affection. And maybe he is having some feelings for you and that why he looked at his feet. So I think he may have a little crush on you and thinks you might like him too. So good luck.... bad boys are easy to love but they'll hurt you in the end!!!

trust me ..macho guys like that has little soft spot somewhere in them hidden..they're just afraid to let them out.

but yeah like the rest of them said above..uhave to watch out for the agresssion type one.... they can be abusive!

he sounds liek the kind of guy who has to over compinsate for a small....he also sounds liek an abuser, an dif he hit your friend what eh **** are you even thinking of for liking him, hes a prick. find someone better.
