not really peanut butter has a lot of calories i am on i diet too i would stay away from it

peanut butter is healthy but to some extent. Dont go overboard. It also depends on what type of muscle you want. If you want to be thin but hard and fast then dont eat that much, drink lean drinks and eat pure veggies...ahhhhh...if you want to be BIG BIG BIG then eat basically anything...nut just being big doesnt mean being healthy

Yes but in moderation. It has lots of protien, sugar and easly digested as long as your not allergic to nuts. It does however have alot of salt which will make you retain water.
