Well if you have a pudgy stomach you are definately FAT. But you already knew that, didn't you? Cut out the cupcakes and sodas and start starving yourself and work out untill you lose that unhealthy stomach or you work youself to death. Anything less is a copout.

If you are 11 years old and you have concerns about your weight you need to have a serious talk with your parents and see if they will take you to a doctor to get real information about it. There are a very few people in the world who are totally happy with their bodies. It could be your weight is normal for your build. It could be you would benefit from a healthy change of diet. Don't beat yourself up for what Nature has given you. Do what you can and enjoy life. You have quite a few years left in that body.

Remember, its most important that you are healthy. Go see a doctor because if you do want to lose weight you should do it in a healthy manner. If the flab bothers you, then yes, I would recommend trimming down because it will sort of make you feel better about yourself and the things you can accomplish. But it won't be easy, so do it the right way, and gradually.
Also, remember looks aren't everything and theres nothing wrong with being a bit bootylicious.

dont worry about it 1 bit.just drink lots of water and stay active,no sitting around and youll grow up just fine.also never worry about what another may think of you.i went through the same thing and at that age so much importance is placed on what your peers think and that can be very damaging to you mentally.now at 28 i have learned who cares what someone else thinks, who the hell are they?it only matters what you think of yourself.

it depends a lot on your height. you are only 11 i wouldn't be overly concerned about it. if it continues to bother you go talk to a fitness instructor they could offer you some advice
