what I mean is that I have a lot of benign tumors on my left leg that are called hemangiona that are body and one that is on the head of my penis and it can interfere later in life with when I get married and have children. Also I have lost a lot of weight and and I have gynomasty or man boobs Is plastic surgery allowed

If you want a strict religious interpritation of the Bible, then NO, but the choice is up to you. If it's life threatening then I think it's okay.
