whats the difference between them and christians that say that the end of the world is coming?

Well, the end of the world is coming eventually. Probably the only difference is.....deoderant? Shampoo? fuzzy slippers? a warm place to sleep? I've never really seen homeless people with them signs outside of movies. (just being silly mostly, no offense meant)

In "The Stand" Stephen King called them "monster-shouters."
And the difference is the degree to which they have inserted/integrated themselves successfully into society and how advanced their mental illness is.

Thxs for the nice intellectual question I can tell it took allot of time to think of... it's so respectful and less demeaning than the rest of the nonbelievers posted questions. I would have a good answer for you but I can not since I truly can't get pass my love for Jesus Christ and all that he has done for me and allow you to steal my joy, and sink to your level of hate for people you know nothing about. I like the homeless people with the signs that say "No lie, its for beer". At least he is honest.

most people don't want to hear the end is near, homeless people just have the disadvantage of being homeless and people either fear them, don't see them or make fun of them.
this is just another way to poke fun at them.
