Sometimes I am happy just because...other times I feel like I need some sort of fulfillment to make me happy, like a relationship, money, etc...but after reading "the power of now" book I know that nothing can fill a void all of us feel within us every now and then...having to rely on something or someone for hapinness means that a person feels inadequate themselves. People and things we like should compliment us, not complete us.

Always live by the maxim why be sad when life is so short. Just be happy most of the time no use of getting sad. Don't look at the past, live good in the present to lead to a great future.
