I have an appliance that won't work unless the cycles are matched. Is there a way to convert/transform the number of cycles? Any devices/tools?

Keep in mind I'm not looking to convert voltages, but rather cycles. You can have the same voltage but if the cycles are different the applianced might not work. In my case, it didn't.

I'm very surprised that you have equipment that cares what the supply frequency is. The only equipment that someties cares is digital clocks where the power frequency is used to count the seconds with divide by 50 or 60 circuit.

Anything else won't care even if it says that it works at a particular frequency

You can't change the frequency of the wall current, but there are adapters that change the output voltage for that purpose. You can get them at most well-stocked hardware or electronics stores.
