There would be at least as many reasons for a dog to limp, as there are for humans to limp..Injury, spinal trauma, bone disease, or muscle or ligmant soreness., just to name a few..
the only one who could tell, would be a veterinarian..unless you have seen her have an injurious accident..

Toy poodles very often get displaced hips. A displaced hip is no big deal, all you need to do is take her to your local vet. Displaced hips often occur when your pet jumps off furniture. If all goes well and you have a reasonable vet it should cost you around 120 dollars.

She may have injured herself jumping off a couch or bed. It could be a sprain or fracture. No one on this site is going to be able to diagnose her call your vet ASAP. If it is a fracture it needs to be treated right away. Good Luck.

I guess she has a torn muscles on her leg .Get her to vet and also check for hip displacia or calsification on the hocks

If it just seems to be her foot check between the toes for stickers, if that doesn't help take her to a vet.

something like that happened to my dog. it turned out he had pulled a muscle. however, it just gets worse when they pull muscles because they don't just sit and relax. we took ours to a vet and he gave him muscle relaxers. but it might not be a muscle thing...you should check with a vet

it may have somethin to do with the weather or broke somethin or has sprained somethin. take it to the vet

Take her to the vet, we're not all vets on yahoo answers (no offense). Se might have dislocated/slipped her hip out of joint. Please, please take her in asap!
