Well, to start, you have very great feature, but badly highlighted. great lips, and eyes, but very long face with flat hair and too light of a shade of blond.
1- i would cut it shoulder length.
2-layers, layers, you have to frame your face better, you need to have your last top layer at the same hight as your cheek bones.
3-hair color issue, you look very drab, your hair blend with your face. use stronger hight lights, but not to chunky, use a main color, which I'd say a slightly warmer color as what you got now and add highlights and low light with a few shade apart.
4- define the brow, it is very important, your face has great large lips, but now it seems like too much lips, your eyes disappears.
shape your brow, darken it just slightly, us an eye shadow that compliments your skin tone and balance the upper part of your face with the lower part. at the moment your a bit bottom face heavy. your not accentuating all your best feature to there maximum potential.
you have the ability to be all you want, it just takes a little work, time and will power.

I would make your hair dark brown and then have Honey blonde and dirty blonde highlights, that is it for color, then because your hair is all over the place I would cut it evenly going all the way around then have it cut in four layers one on top of the other. then only have the streaks coming from the top all the way down and in the front of the hair. The reason why I chose brown hair color and those two blonde is because the darker your hair the more healthy it is and not only that you have beautiful eyes. But I can't see that due to the fact your hair is getting all the attention and their need to be attention on the eyes as well especially when they are as pretty as yours. When all is said and done I would curl your hair going up so that I can see the full effect of the layers and then I would let you walk out of my salon as pretty as butterfly and watch all the men flock to you. well not much cause you are simply stunning
but i would cut more layers into your hair to give your hair more volume then id give you some choppy swept bangs to draw more attention to your eyes.
as for make up id do a light bronzer or a peachy blusher because of your honey untertones and then highlight the brow bone and inner eye area
then add some brown mascara (black can look too harsh)
and a sheer wash of medium brown shadow on the lids to the crease
and finish it with a light plum gloss

You're pretty much fine. Though I think you should get a shorter hair style because your face is on the longer side, and long hair would just make your face look even longer. So I think medium length hair would look good on you. And maybe give your eyebrows a bit more of an arch and darken them just a bit more iwth an eyebrow pencil. but yeah otherwise, stay the way you are right now. :O)

wow, youre really pretty, to enhanse your beauty, i would cut your hair to like just past your shoulders with lots of layers to loosen it up, side bangs, then every morning when you get out of the shower brush your hair, blow out your bangs, then towel dry your hair and scrunch it with gel,i can see that your hair is wavy from pic 2 and it looks really cute, then wear some mascara, maybe eye liner, and some neutral or purple eyeshadow since you have green eyes (i think you have green eyes) and wear a little lipgloss and blush, for clothes (love your friends outfit thats right next to you in pic 3) but ya, heres some stores that i have found to be good:
ae, holllister, pink ice, zumiez, anchor blue, buckle, tillys, val surf, nordstrom, and for sale items, you can find some cute designer stuff for really cheap at marshalls or ross. you are really pretty and these tips can help you become even more beautiful! and im not just saying that to be nice, you really are.

and eyeliner bring out your eyes more!

youre already very pretty but i would find a way to 1. volumize your hair on top so it doesnt just fall flat, especially when its straight. and 2. make up your eyes so they look bigger. your other features dominate your face but your eyes are gorgeous and you should play them up.

cut your.... you are hiding behind it, darken it a tad with golden highlights. tweeze the brows just to clean them up and put on some very natural make-up with lots of lip gloss.

I think a stacked A-line bob would look really sharp on you! You've got the face to pull it off!
