ok sorry but i don't have any websites. i am a figure skater though and i can give you detailed descriptions.
TWO FOOT SPIN
how to do it
beginning- put your arms in a circle, as if you were holding a beach ball. step a few times, going in a circle, so you can gain the power needed for your spin. once you have gained the power, spin twice with your arms still out, then bring your arms in and cross them. this has been proved to help you spin faster. (sorry i don't know why, i know nothing about physics.) spin as long as you can, w/o trying to spin more after you know you are slowing down. just put your arms out when you are done.
intermediate- place your left toe pick on the ice. put your arms in the right forward crossover position. (right arm straight in front of you, left arm straight out. so if you were skating on the circle, your right arm would be tracing the circle and your left arm would be pointing to the dot in the middle.) bend your left arm inward so the side of your hand is at your chest. move your right arm outward. (both arms moving at the same time.) this will help you gain your speed needed for the spin. do a one-foot forward swizzle with your right foot. wind, and go. bring your arms in and cross them. when you are done put your arms out and come out of your spin like you landed a jump. (your left leg out behind you, not doing a spiral, and your back straight.)
advanced- do one backward crossover. do another, but this time hold your leg crossed behind instead of stepping. hold your leg for a few seconds, then step into your circle, with your right leg behind you, then put your left leg down and start your spin. come out of your spin the same way you do for the intermediate.
i could not find a video of a beginning two foot spin. if you think you are good enough you can start with the intermediate. here is a video of the intermediate. she does a waltz jump first, but just pay attention to her spin. also, when you come out of your spin bring your leg lower than she did. she was almost doing a backward spiral lol.

i also could not find a video of an advanced two foot spin. here is a video of what you need to do, but with a layback spin.

for a one foot spin, i'm not sure if you mean an actual one foot spin or a scratch spin. i couldn't find a video of a one foot spin, but here is what a scratch spin looks like:

it is generally called a scratch spin, but is sometimes called a one foot spin. just add additional details and i'll edit my answer.
oh jeez i really don't know any websites that actually tell you how to do figure skating skills. the only thing i can think of for you to be able to do a scratch spin without doing backward crossovers would be to like do a 3-turn and then put your leg out and start spinning i guess i don't know if that would work though... sorry to say but if you can't do backward crossovers yet you're probably not ready to do a scratch spin. i'm not insulting your skating or trying to hurt your feelings, i'm just saying.

Like what any human beings stated, you should verify to work out that your blades are sharp adequate. even if, if that is the case, and if you're taking the try next week, you should hurry and get them sharpened ASAP because it takes time to get used to the sharped blades. after I get my blades sharpened, it in many situations takes me an afternoon or 2 to get used to my new blades before i'm able to do jumps and spins many times. So plan a minimum of faster or later of purely stroking, ability pulls, lots of stops, and purely getting used to it, dont plan on doing jumps and spins proper now! yet when that isn't the case, then i don't understand.. make effective that at the same time as you're spinning, you keep your loose leg's hip slightly larger than your different hip, this kind your body's weight is over the skating leg and also you stay balanced and dont fall out of the spin. as an example, if you're doing a scratch spin, and also you're spinning on your left leg, then keep your proper hip slightly larger than your left. i'm effective your coach has informed this to you before, even if it quite does make a distinction. except that, that is all i visit assert. reliable luck with that, and that i wish you bypass your try! in the different case, you may consistently put off it! =D

When you're doing a one foot spin, be sure to center yourself before you pull in.
