Eugene Oregon is NOT a dry city haha... I don't know why that person said that... but here's a list of local bars and clubs. Call to see if they are open on Sundays. I've heard Neighbors is a really popular one.

Church, eugene is a dry town so bars are no a choice. they are outside the city
