I work out and I eat high carbo foods and shakes and I still can't pinch my skin, it's so effen TIGHT! I'm seriously trying to get into football, but I don't have fat to impact me for it! I just don't know what to do to load up and fatten myself up! I HAVE muscles, but my bodyfat is NOT there, Like I said, I still can't linch any loose skin! I NEED to fatten up, I'm WAY too lean and muscular for football, those huge guys'll KNOCK me right over! What can I eat, drink, use that will REALLY fatten me up? And I mean REALLY because nothing I'm using is actually working for me. TIPS??

lots of carbs! and they're are also bars you can search for that make you gain weight..ask wrestlers they eat them alot to stay in their weight class
