I have really fat thighs!!
Can anyone give me any type of a good workout?

anything with cardio and a few days of strenth training. Me I prefer walking up hill to tone me thigh and butt

lunges will shape your buttocks or *** walking will define your thighs if you dont know what a proper lung is look me up ill explain also try squats with weights if you have alot of fat then diet but try to convert your exicting fat into muscle that way you stay full and voluptuous!!!
