And my belly was looking pretty big over the past few months, but I went on the scale and I still weight the same. I am 14, and I never have sex, I am not pregnant.
What's up with that?

Well if my maths are right that makes you pretty dam heavy for your age I doubt bloating would cause that much you may be retaining fluid in which case you need to see a doctor but if you eat a lot of take away food or fatty foods maybe you should cut them back and walk 3 times a day for 10 minutes at least you no need run that is proven not to be good for us .If none of your family is overweight then a check up with the doctor would be best taking your mum along to hear what the doctor recommends food wise so she can help .Goodluck sweety don't stress over it ,it is not the end of the world just a small problem .

From what I can tell by your given weight and height, you might be underweight. This may be due to your genetics, or you may just have a small body frame, but you have to be careful about how you are maintaining your weight and make sure you are really taking care of yourself. Focusing only on certain parts of your body can be a problem if it is causing you to think too much about it and how to fix it or make it 'perfect'.
However, if you are just wondering how to tone up, you can try sit-ups or crunches. Being active everyday is important also, whether its through walking, running or some other activity like yoga or pilates. Just be sure to take in enough calories and see a doctor regularly.
Best of luck.

ever see Ethiopians? You are too thin. Try eating, and put on a little weight. At 5'5 you shouldn't be under 115 lbs at the very least. The fact that your worried about your belly at 101lbs suggests an eating disorder. You might want to talk with someone about it.

Puberty or hormones try being 30ish and with a kid and one on the way. Don't worry sometimes you fluctuate month to month. just before you have that nasty unwanted visitor for a week.If your not comfortable with your self in a week then go to the Doc and get checked out to be on the safe side. You only know yourself the best so take care of you.

I think mayeb you're just being self-concious. Or your scale is broken. Or if you've been on your period, you could just be bloated.
