I have been working bussing tables at a resturaunt, after the first hour or two my feet start hurting any advice?
The job requires a lot of walking all over the resturaunt, and there is no time for sitting down.

Good shoes will help. Give yourself a foot massage by rolling a golf ball underneath your bare feet.

Wear comfortable shoes that are flexible and soft. Take some advil for the pain. When you go home. Soak your feet in hot water for ten minutes. Remove and add some icey hot or bengay to relieve the pain.

I would see a podiatrist to get an evaluation. There could be a lot of things causing your pain. The podiatrist could help you evaluate what it may be and offer treatment solutions.

find a good pair of shoes! Even if they cost more. Also get a pedicure or foot massage- every now and then.....go to a pedi. if it cont.s

The first thing to do is get a pair of GOOD shoes. You have to pay more for them but they are worth it.
