Between those 3, I'd say Ace............................I am a pet lover & have many. I live in the middle of nowhere (pretty much) I have no neighbors for miles & leave on a dead end road, so we have dogs & cats dumped at our house all the time & even though we don't need another animal, I can't turn any away. So I have went through alot of names over the years. Actually I think Snoopy is a good name for a lab, because they are into everything. My Current list is
1) Sheba (a full blooded red chow)
2)Sammy (a full blooded Jack Russell, my latest edition of a week ago)
3)Bailey (A full blooded Yorkie)
4)Bear ( A full blooded Bull mastive)
5)Cuddles ( a terrier mix)
6)Billy Bob (mixed)
7)Troy(My daughter is a huge Montgomery Gentry fan) (Mix)
8)Eddie (Mix)
9)Montgomery (Mix)
10)Rascal (Mix)
11) Toffee (Mix)
12)Teddy(Mix)

oreo is ok but Lucky is so common.Ace is common. but if you like them 3 then get a hat put all names in it on paoer then pick
I would call it anything but Ace it sounds like some jive guys nickname Lucky well How about Ebby For ebony get creative
sounds as if you can call it whatever but it would be nice to get away from the common ones

Onyx gem that is shiny and black pronounced onix
Colby meaning dark or dark haired
Dakota meaning friend or alli
Donovan also meaning dark

Some animals have a way of naming themselves. Try the ones you want but be open... maybe the pup's personality will suggest another name and maybe a variant of that will be one they will respond to.

You should wait a few days before naming him. That way you get to know his personality and a name might just come to you.
