If one of those tickets is a winner, then yes, your odds are 300 to 1, or as I prefer to write it 1/300.

It depends on the situation. Like someone said, if it's a raffle ticket, then you have a 1 in 300 chance of winning because one of the ticket is a winner.
But if it's a lottery, like a roll of 300 tickets, you do not have a 1 in 300 chance of winning because the tickets themselves decides what the odds are of you winning. Say it's a scratch ticket, and you have a 1 in 10,000 chance of winning, then you still only have a 1 in 10,000 chance of winning. Buying more tickets always increases your chance of winning, but if it's a lottery ticket, the increased odds are insignificant unless you buy a lot of tickets.

It would depend on the amount of numbers in the lottery game. A pick 3 on one ticket makes your odds 1000 to 1, a pick 4 is 10000 to 1. Your odds do not increase or decrease that much based on the number of tickets you buy. Unless you buy all possible combinations, at that point you would have spent more than the prize is worth.

Yes your odds will increase. Lets say you are buying a ticket for a lottery where your chances of winning is 1 in 55,000,000.
If the odds when you buy 1 ticket is 1 in 55,000,000, then if you buy 300 tickets is 300 in 55,000,000 which increases you chance of winning by .00054%
So you chances of winning is still almost nothing.
Good luck on you lottery tickets.

Here's a better question. If you stay in school past grade 7 do you learn math twice the level of the question you just asked? The answer of this question is of course yes, therefore don't waste our time with retarded questions. and if you buy 2 tickets then yes, 1+1=2 which is more which means INCREASED chances.
