blue one w/great lakes on it and the one with sunrising on the lake one w/great lakes splendor on it....why is this???? dose other states have two plates also???
PS:...and what about the new plates that are comming up on 2007??? do they send you the plate to mail or do i have to goto security of state???

im talking about state issue plates (STANDARD).....one of you actually said red sox plate, everyone knows its custom...

In Massachusetts they have a dozen or so that are special plates with a portion of the fee reserved for sponsors. There are Red Sox plates, Cape and Islands plates, Teachers and Children plates. Theya re also talking about Fight-cancer plates and Pro-Life plates.
If you can get enough potential buyers for those plates they will consider making them with a special number series and special graphics.

Most states have different license plates. At one point, Indiana had at least 3 or 4 different license plates that a person could get.

Many states have multiple plate designs that you can choose, some at an extra cost. Most states have these options to generate more revenue.

Florida has numerous plates. Doesn't make sense to me, just another cost for the taxpayer.

Its a way to make extra money for the state and it keeps prisoners busy lol. i live in mich.

well when you nget you plate if you are gay you canm pick wich one you want but it costs money
