I have medium hair and an oval face. I have slight wavy hair on the back of my head and straigh underneath and in the front. I've always wanted curly hair like Miley Cyrus from Hannah Montanna with side bangs (I'd straighten them) I've seen the look with straight side bang and curly hair in a pony tail and i love it!! But i've heard a lot of bad things about perms but i don't want to have to work for 30 min to get it curly.. Should I get a spiral perm ... I want a major change but one that looks good!

This sounds like a pretty hairstyle. You should get a perm if that is what you want. I have had one before and am thinking of getting another soon, myself.

Don't do anything stupid to your hair. i have curly hair and i wanted it straight so i chemically straightened it and it got kinda fried and now its not really curly or straight, its somewhat in between, and im kinda disappointed so be sure you know what youre doing. also, make sure you for sure can't get your hair curly w/o the perm. try buying so curl constructing gel or mouse and after a shower use a blowdryer with a big diffuser on it and use it & your fingers to scrunch up your hair. you might have to apply the gel or mouse several times before your hair is dry to make sure your hair gets curly, however if that doesnt work, then you could try the perm. just make sure you get some hydrating shampoo and conditioner too. ;)

Getting a as we communicate perm looks quite pretend quite some the time... such as you may definately tell its been permed. some strands will stick off the fringe of your head theyre so as we communicate... and whilst your roots advance in it will look quite strange! purchase an somewhat sturdy straightener, it will take like 10-quarter-hour an afternoon to straighten it in case you get a competent one.

u have a oval fice it will look good on u...u should do the perm...it ent ganna mess up ur hair...if u really want it go 4 it

Find a really good product to enhance your curls and use a diffuser to dry.

i think it would look soo cute.. you would be just fine as long as you kept up with it... dont listen to people.. lol i would do it.. i just cut my hair like 4 inches.. it was halfway down my back.. i like it shorter though. so dont let what others think affect ur decision! goodluck
