I have this Bump thing directly under my knee cap and it hurts whenever i touch it or tap it on something. I need to know what it is.

if it hurts to do things such as squats, its probably a common condition called oshgood shlatters(not sure on spellin) simply rest, ice and nuophen will get rid of it and a few weeks.

Sounds like either a bruise or some sort of tumor, not to freak you out. Your best bet is contacting a doctor! Maybe check and see google.

hate to suggest this to anyone, but it sounds like some sort of tumor. i went to school w/ this girl that found a lump in her knee one day. she was dead within three years.

I think if you stayed off of them it'll go away
