yes, because i believe that we, as intelligent creatures, are afraid of our own mortality and need to rationalize or reconcile it with the notion that we will live forever if we simply believe in a god and be good little earthlings. i believe in being moral and good, but the idea that we live forever in a place called heaven is a nice story but it bears no reasonable proof or makes sense to me. i'm sorry, but it's just too hard believing superstitiously about god. this stuff in the universe has been here since the beginning, which, never was a beginning since that's a human concept, but it just is.

Yes 100%
Many of your types assume we all blindly follow a religion. Just because.
If you listen to your heart and follow your own instincts you to will see there is a higher power.
The church is here to help you. It is up to you to use your smarts when picking a church leader. As they are not all trying to lead you to glory.
So you don't end up drinking kool-aid or looking for the hail bop comet.

No. Everyone who claims otherwise is just being foolish. No missionary has ever walked into an African village to discover that they've come up with the idea of "being Christian" on their own. It doesn't happen. People believe what others convince them to believe.

Sure , i think everyone comes to a point in life they determine just where they stand in the "Big Picture". Some people just don't live long enough to understand how small we really are - individually.

Sure... people have done it since the beginning of time.
Like carving something out of wood or casting something in metal that they made from their OWN hands, bowed down and worshipped it..
Is'nt that like saying, if you built that idol, then you are the maker of god, so one would think they are better than god..
Kinda rings true today huh?

No. The truth is that we are all born atheists. We are taught what to believe, whether by our family or culture and few of us ever escape our own little snow-globe view of the world.

I think I would have realized overtime that the Universe has the handy work of an intelligent creator.
Beyond that its honestly hard to say.

No. If I had never heard about God then I would have no way of knowing about God. That's why missions are so important, to tell everyone. But thankfully God predestined me to accapt him and now it's on me and everyone else who is a Christian to reach everyone else in the world so that no one has to be in the situation where they dont know about God.
