I would say down more often than not in my experience, but there are exceptions to every rule. I have met many guys and men who didn't let their testosterone rule over their actions and were actually able to form intelligent thought.

I agree with that to an extent. Of the liars I've ever dated or even thought about dating, there's not doubt that it flows directly to the penis. It's irritating which is why I'm single. Aside from that, thank goodness for my select male friends that have a brain and know how to use it.

Definitely flows down more often, but it really is possible for it to flow up too.
Nice phrase though - I haven't heard that one before!
