She cheated on me, lied to me, and gave me some much problems did it with no shame and didnt even apologize. But out of all these things she did to me i can't get over her. I think about her every day. I see her and it looks like she doesnt even care. What can i try to do to be able to forget her?

babe, forget about her. she's not worth your time. even if you did really love her...trust me...you'll get over her. i've had to get over someone i really loved, too. i was really depressed and thought it would never happen, but i did get over him eventually. but...if you REALLY want her back....act like you don't. play hard to get. if she doesn't seem like she wants you then she probably doesn't. don't worry...you'll get over her. it's for the best. i'm praying for you

It looks like she doesn't care? She cheated and lied without shame. She DOESN'T CARE. You know that; in your mind, you know you know that.

But the heart has its own compass. When someone you love leaves you, it is a death in the family, but unmourned, with no funeral, and no sympathy. Have you heard of the five stages of grief? The first stage is denial; and you are in denial.

You will never forget her. But in time, you will think of her less and less, and one day you will realize that you no longer miss her, and then you will be ready to find love again. In the meantime, there is no remedy but grieving.

-----

I hear an army charging upon the land,
And the thunder of horses plunging, foam about their knees:
Arrogant, in black armour, behind them stand,
Disdaining the reins, with fluttering whips, the charioteers.

They cry unto the night their battle-name:
I moan in sleep when I hear afar their whirling laughter.
The cleave the gloom of dreams, a blinding flame,
Clanging, clanging upon the heart as upon an anvil.

They come shaking in triumph their long, green hair:
They come out of the sea and run shouting by the shore.
My heart, have you no wisdom thus to despair?
My love, my love, my love, why have you left me alone?

this is a 3 fold plan
step 1 : get a womens maga zine and construct a collage of all your favorites
asking yourself who you would love to spend a day with
get as ,many canidates as you can on that thing in as artistically pleasing way as you can and sit about imagining them to be your girlfriend
any time you begin to think of her substitute one of them in your mind
step 2:
use your memory of some unflattering or unattractive moment from the past and pull this into mind any time you reminicse but particularly if you encounter her
try to really gross out on the image of her doing or looking stupid as often as possible
step 3:
get an mp3 and download at least 1 love song especially if you two have a song
get a mirror some privacy and have a seat in front of it
play the music looking at your own face and pretend you are singing them to yourself
let your spirit express its love for you

These 3 techniques are very helpful but in the end it is time which shall heal you
