for exampel after 4 hr it should turn off the computer.

cl Settings
cl Control Panel
cl Power Options
Look at the first tab, "Power Schemes." You can set your PC to shutdown or "go to sleep" at a specified time.

Open the command shell in windows.
go to start, run. Then type: cmd, and then copy and paste:
shutdown -s -t 14400
Hit enter, and bam, your computer will shut down in 4 hours (14400 seconds)
you can abort the shutdown by typing: shutdown -a

Look on your windows API list. There should be a shutdown tag in there you can use.
