cl Power Options
Look at the first tab, "Power Schemes." You can set your PC to shutdown or "go to sleep" at a specified time.

Open the command shell in windows.
go to start, run. Then type: cmd, and then copy and paste:
shutdown -s -t 14400
Hit enter, and bam, your computer will shut down in 4 hours (14400 seconds)
you can abort the shutdown by typing: shutdown -a
