No the stress on your body is awful, what you need is not a diet but a change in lifestyle, I was just like you when I turned 40, only I weight three times the amount, I woke up one day and decided enough was enough and I started on a low carb low fat style of eating plan, I drank water, I made sure I had breakfast, snack, lunch, snack evening meal and if hungry a snack. Plenty of water and walking 1/2 an hour a day most days of the week but a minimum of 3 times in every week. The more I lost the more I walked, I lost 40 kg which is approximately 88.19 lbs. I have kept it off for 5+ years now, you are not very big so do something healthy, join a team and play sport.

You talk about it like it's a fashion choice! My mother-in-law is anorexic and it certainly hasn't made her happy. (It makes a lot of people around her unhappy as well). Anorexia isn't something you can choose. Perhaps you mean to say that you wish to lose weight. At your current height and weight, I wouldn't drop too much. The best thing would be to start a program of exercise to tone what you have; it would make you feel better and when you're in shape, you look thinner even at higher weights due to good muscle tone and lower body fat percentage.

No. You just can't "go anorexic". Anorexia is a mental disease. There's no possible way that a person can just all of a sudden decide to become anorexic. I suggest diet and exercise. And drink lots of water. Good luck.

Your are an idiot. "I'm thinking of becoming anorexic." First of all, you don't become an anorexic. Its a disease, which means its something you don't want to have. Its not a fad its not a lifestyle. Here's a better thought, since you since basically want to die, why don't you just become a drug addict. IF you do loads and loads of coke, you'll lose tons of wieght. Get off your fat *** and start working out. I hate when people "want to become anorexic", its insulting to those who have the disease, and those recovering. When you say stupid things like that, your basically making a joke out of the REAL people who do have the disease. Please don't waste your time on becoming anorexic. That makes you an idiot.

No one should ever go anorexic. That is never the answer. It would not solve anything.

I'm sure that you look great. But if you are serious about shedding off a few pounds, make sure that you eat balanced nutritious meals and drink lots of water and try to exercise regularly, but don't over do it.

Being healthy is what counts.

I once weight 134 and I thought I was fat so I quit eating for like3 weeks straight and I lot weight but It damaged my body and my grades were dropping I couldn't consintrate at school or anything food is what keeps you going never go anorexic. It sucks plus your metabolism slows down alot so if you start eating again you will get fat so go eat.

NEVER!!! It totally leaves the body wasted. Please try this, with a little exercise of course, just don't over do it and watch what you eat.

Walk everday, also drink plenty of milk and water. Take a daily
vitamin. Eat meals consisting of one serving of meat,
two vegetables, limit breads and cheeses or any heavy cream. Try eggs
and orange juice for breakfast. A light lunch.
Salads and fruits. Absolutely no sodas, no fast food, and no chips or
processed meats. When cooking dinner avoid pre-cooked
meals and try to use fresh or frozen vegetables in place of boxed
and canned foods.

Don't be stupid, stupid. You need to eat to function. Don't you want to function?

I suggest you look over your eating/exercise habits--> join the gym! (But remember eating is essential!) Eat small snacks several times a day if you happen to be eating 3 big meals a day.

If you stop eating, you might binge and start to eat even MORE and gain weight.

I find it hard to relate to people with this issue because I'm 5'6 and 107 pounds. Its in my blood I guess.

Love yourself, and be the best you!

No, because if it doesn't kill you and you try and recover, you end up gaining even more weight than before. When you starve yourself, your motabalism slows down and stores food.. So you don't burn as many calories and you gain weight in fat. Take up a sport, use the energy you put into thinking your fat, and put it into karate, or jogging.. Something productive..
