Not to him but you are related to your little sister. I have two children from my ex and my third child is ours together, making us her "parents" but he is only my first two's "step-dad". If your mom is no longer married then legally he is actually no relation to you in the eyes of the law, but there may be in your hearts and that is all that matters. I hope that everything is ok and you are not being torn by any disagreements your mom and step dad may have. I say if he acts like a dad has been your dad and wants to always be your dad then blood is not an issue. Good Luck!
