If the RNI (Rate of natural increase) stays constant, it would take 125.769 years.

The math:

100,000,000=33,098,932*(1+ .88)^x
Solve for x and you get 125.769 years.

Have enough Army to do what. Canada currently is in the top 15 in regards to military numbers.

divide 100,000,000 by the average births per year - that should give you an idea of how many years :}

Seriously, we are only about 32 million now. So it would take at least another 50 years, I would think.
