I use KG here.But I would guesss like this:
1 KG=4 cups
1 KG=2 pounds=4 cups
So It is arond 20 cups.Are you going to bake for the whole school.

Pour it into a large bowl and measure it cup for cup back into the bag. I'm sure there is at least 10 cups, probably more.

aprox. 37.5 cups most flours are now pre-sifted.Plus dry goods really are better measured by weight than by measuring cups.
