Not sure who shay is but Left Eye died in a car accident on April 25, 2002 in Honduras. She was driving and died instantly.

She died in a car crash on April 25, 2002. I'm not sure where she was, but she wasn't in this country, and she was the only one in the car who died.

She suffered a massive head injury in a high speed car crash, she was driving in a foreign country without a license.
She is missed.
