Hematuria (blood in the urine) is common with many things from infection on to kidney stones. If your pain is on the right side and not in the front of the abdomen, this is referred to as flank pain, also caused by infection, obstruction, or kidney stones. You really need evaluation by your doctor. You need to increase your water intake. If the pain persists, the hematuria worsens or continues, a fever or nausea develop, go to the ER immediately or see your family doctor for evaluation. Also if you have trouble urinating you need to be seen as well.

your liver is up around the edge of your rib cage. is that where you pain is? blood in the urine is usually the sign of a bad urinary tract infection or a kidney infection. peeing is typically painful and lower backpain is common. you need to get to a doctor, dude!

Call your doctor immediately. Blood in the urine can be a lot of things but they are all BAD.

If you cannot call a doctor then go to an emergency room or emergency clinic.

Go to the emergency room NOW. You may have internal bleeding, which means you could faint and bleed out inside your own body. If you can't afford an ambulance, get someone to drive you. You don't want to drive yourself as you may faint and cause an accident.

You have a kidney infection.. You probably had a urinary tract infection that you didn't know you had and now it is in your kidneys. You need to see the doctor ASAP to be put on a strong broad spectrum antibiotic. HTH
