It depends where you are .If the weather is Humid it takes longer to boil .Roughly I would say 15 minutes .Why dont you just try boiling the water and then time it .It isnt that hard.Is it?

i want to know why this question is important, its faster if you just do it and time it than wait for people's answers because everyone is going to answer differently and you STILL wont know the answer till you do it
