If i do 200-300 Push-ups and 100-200 crunches alternating every other day, What would be the outcome around the end of january/start of feb. if i started now

its easier to do crunches then push ups, i do 500 crunches every day between my sets but I'm at the gym for about 2 hours 6 days a week, what i recommend you should do is split it, instead of doing 200-300 push ups everyday you can do about 100 push ups to 100 crunches.
lets say you do 4 sets of 25 push ups and 4 sets of 25 crunches, so you do 25 crunches followed by 25 crunches then you rest for about a minute then you repeat but you can also buy free weights and use those to work out your arms so you can have a balance. by splitting up your work out you can do it at least 5 days a week then by February you will notice that your muscles will be stronger and you'll start getting cuts.

Don't listen to the idiot who said do cardio- keep cardio to a minimum, no more than 5-15 minutes for a quick warm up, weight training is the ultimate fat burner, you even continue to consume calories after you're done working out. cardio is more to get your blood circulating. Too much cardio is unhealthy- not only would it burn fat, but it would burn muscle too

You'll definately develop muscles but if you have a layer of fat under the muscle you won't see it. Cardio usually sheds the fat and makes you muscles more visible. So add some cardio into your regimine.

Outcome? Building muscles of course. Depending on your diet, if you eat healthy, more than likely abs and biceps, and puny legs :)

Heck yah! I do all that more than that tho, but if you do that and either take stackers or drink muscle milk, you will DEFINATELY receive results. Xplode is great too, but it may be more than you bargain for!

in my opinion , you should do both each day to get the best results , also you may want to run / workout too , trust me , if you do this by spring break , all the girls will be all over you !
