I am 13, I think I'm like 5ft. 1 and I weigh about 100 lbs. I'm very very skinny, because I have a small appetite and I have a high metabolism. Even if you don't have an eating disorder, you are very underweight and you should find a diet to help you gain weight... sometimes your metabolism can be too high. It's okay to be a little underweight because of your metabolism, but when it's making you very underweight you should try to control it.

Well you have just answered your question. If your friends think that you have an eating disorder then you probably look a little too thin. And you are very tall for your age so you should weigh more. 5'9 at 14, I am 20 and am 5'8. You are going to be tall and you still have plenty of growing to do, you should gain some weight because when you stretch out you will be way way to thin.

You are only 14 years old , what are you thinking when you are so worried about your weight . You are still growing and at this time you shouldn't be worried unless you weighed over 200 pounds at 5 foot tall , As for worrying about others comments about skinny or fat , Don't, because they probably aren't all that. Younger people tend to obsess over your looks , Take it from an older person , we as youngsters did also and it really won't matter in the long run.I weighed 135 pounds for 6 years ate like a horse and burned it off as fast as I could take it in
You , my dear , are probably a knock out in others eyes. Don't be a hard judge on your looks , odds are you will be wrong,

First off, you dont measure weather you are too skinny or not by the scale? How do you look? Are you eating right, do you exercise? At your height, you probobly could add on a few pounds. Do you feel ok, if your friends are questioning an eating disorder, there is probobly some reason why? Get honest with yourself, and try to figure it out. Good luck!

That sounds fine, if on the skinny side. 5'9" is kinda tall for a girl, and definitely tall to be weighing 103 lbs, but some people just don't get heavy like others. As long as you really don't have an eating disorder, that sounds OK. It's much better than being morbidly obese. It couldn't hurt to see a doctor either. Good night!

When I was your age I was really skinny and people used to say stuff about me being anorexic all the time. The same thing happened with my daughter. Our bodies are just made that way. I started "filling out" when I got older. In fact, now I'm a little too filled out for my taste, but that's a different story...

Try not to let them bother you. A lot of times people say things because they are jealous of you or feel like they weigh too much. The only thing you really need to worry about is whether you are eating right and healthy. You won't always be this thin, trust me!

If you are 5'-9", you should weigh at least 120...But more important than your weight is nutrition and diet..Make sure you eat breakfast in the morning and have well balanced meals. You are still developing, so its important. If you are disciplined about eating right you will have an amazing body, plenty of energy and will feel fantastic.

Dont worry youre only 14 you probably have a high metabolism. Everyone grows and fills out at their own rate, people arent prefabricated off an assembly line at the same exact weight and height.

Are you 5 feet or 5 foot 9 inches? For 5' = 90-110 and 5'9" = 135-155. If you are 5'9" then you have to eat more protein, carbs, and drink milk and start to exercise.
