like the marine corps. has drill instructors what does everyone else have?

I'm not sure if I understand your question but in the Air Force, they're called MTIs (Military Training Instructors). I think the Army is the same as the Marines. I don't know about the Navy or Coast Guard. Hope this helps.

The Navy calls their's Recruit Division Commanders. They used to be called Company Commanders.

Army has Drill Sergeants

Marines are Drill Instructors.
Not sure of the rest.
