Its probably a serpentine belt, try the alternator, that's most likely what is used to tension the system. Unless, the power steering belt is the one squeeking, then it probably has an idler pully (loosen the nut in the middle, then turn the long bolt on the top of the system untill the belt is tight, then tighten the pully bolt)

I think it should have a tension er on it which is spring loaded if it is a serpentine belt. On some cars you can pull back the tension er the wrong way so make sure you are turning it the right way. Good luck!
