If you want to gain weight, consider BOOST.

plus it tastes better.

a local GNC (general nutrition center) could better advise you of supplements or drinks/shakes to help you gain some weight, safely. something with alot of protein will build muscle mass.

Drinking Ensure Plus will not slow down your metabolism. I can understand you wanting to slow down your metabolism so you can gain weight easier. In order to really do this you pretty much have to do the opposite of what would help your metabolism go faster.

Eating frequently helps increase your metabolism, so if you want to gain the weight and slow it down, then you must eat infrequently.

And again to gain the weight you're going to have to take in more calories than you burn. Which means you will have to limit the duration of your exercise program. If you're use to doing 60 minutes of cardio cut it down to 30 minutes so you don't burn as many calories.

I havent read the can so i cant say if its healthy, however if its anything like slimfast they are packed with sugar. If you want to gain weight just eat more healthy foods. Eat about 20% more than your daily metabolic rate. Aslo chill with the cardio and do resistance training instead.

No, it will give you more fiber and make you feel fuller, but will do nothing to your metabolism
