I heard this one, give the keys to your best friend and tell him to drive the old lady to the hospital on his way to work while you spend some time with your dream guy or girl.

have my best friend hold the old lady,-dream guy can walk- if its too good to be true it probably is. would never leave a best friend behind or an old helpless lady.
