Is it possible to love someon even after they cheat on you?
I was cheated on by my ex-bf, and yes, i was upset and heartbroken, but i still loved him. Well i think i did, well and do. He always asks me how i can still love him after what he did to me. I never seem to be able to really answer that question. I ponder and ponder it forever with no relief. I know he's sorry for what he did. I just need to know, is it possible to love someone that cheated on you?

Of course it is. We don't stop loving just because someone makes a mistake but i do have to wonder why the two of you can't put this into the past now, where it belongs.

when you love someone you love them unconditionaly you cant help it .. that doesnt just stop because they do something you dont like even if it means they hurt you really bad you still love them it doesnt mean that you are still IN love with them... i could never understan how people can be married and claim to love each other for years then get a divorce and hate each other.. the question here is can you forgive him? people make mistakes and it seems that you have forgiven him for it since he is still your boyfriend so yea you can love him and you should... love doesnt just stop like people think that it does thats y marriages fall apart so easlily any more people go into it thinking they can get divorced that isnt love... love is not easy its very hard there are alot of ups and downs.. but true love doesnt just stop ...so i say you go girl and tell your man just that the next time he ask you say you know what i know you made a mistake but i do love you and i have always loved you and that kind of love doesnt just stop out of the blue.
that doesnt mean he is allowed to continue to cheat on you either just because you love someone doesnt mean you have to put up with that or stay with him

Yes, it is. I was cheated on. I was going out with this guy for 1 and 1/2 years. That night I answered his phone and I started talking to her and she said he was going out with hi, not me. Then over the next copple of weeks and I realized that forgive and forget. And now I am going out with this swests guy ever. Don't wory you can get over it. It might take a week myaby 5, that is how long it took me, don't worry, live and forget.

gave him another chance
he cheated again
broke up with him
that was a year ago
and I still love him

Yes it is possible......It was not you doing the cheating because you were the one who still wanted the relationship.....You can feel love and heartache at the same time........Sucks though....
