depends on how tall a person is. 130 pounds at 5"4 is good for ages 14 and older because its within the healthy weight range. Its not good for ages 13 and younger because its in the overweight range.
130 pounds might fall into the underweight category if a person gets taller. For example, 130 pounds is considered underweight for a person that is 5"9.

Depends on her height. I don't care how tall she is, and a girl could have a lot of muscle, resulting in a heavier weight, but her still looking trim. (And a decent amount of muscle weight actually makes a lot of girls look better. Not world-class weightlifter muscles, mind you, but the type that's developed by gymnists and more dexterity-based martial artists). Oh, and lets not forget that chest size can affect weight as well.
Anyway, good weight is whatever looks good, and I can still lift! (For me, I think 130 for someone very short, flat and without muscle to 185 for tall, lots of muscle. and large chest. That's a pretty fair range.)

I would think 130 at 5'4" is very good.
120 to 150 should be fine depending on height.

Weight doesn't matter as much as how it's carried. If someone works out and has a good deal of muscle mass, it's different than someone of the same weight with little muscle mass.

You are at a fine weight. You could be a little heavier and still be fine. Not to sound platonic, but the most important thing is your character and personality.

you shouldnt be as concerned with the number on the scale as if a person is toned and carries their weight well... you can be a flabby 110 pounder and a toned 150 pounder...
